A bit Boho Shipping Policies
Everything you find here is handmade and inspired by my interest in many different textures, mediums and colors which enables every item to be unique and one of a kind. I strive to make durable quality creations with a clear description and photo. If you are unsure of an element in an item or have a question, please email me, or leave a note under comments in the communicating section. I will respond as promptly as possible.
Shipping policies for online orders:
Refunds and exchanges for online orders;
To receive a refund or replacement, you MUST call or email FIRST to obtain a RA (return authorization)..... then after contacting A bit Boho, simply return the merchandise and I will refund the amount of the item, or send replacement LESS any shipping costs.

Shipping policies for online orders:
- When Paypal notifies us that your payment was received or your money order has cleared, we can then ship your item(s)
- Most orders ship out within 24-48 hours after receiving full payment, except Friday orders which will be shipped out on non-holiday Mondays, Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday
- If, for some reason, we need to delay shipment, we will notify you by email with the expected ship date.
- I do not gift box any items, as this will only increase costs, but I do make sure items will be protected during shipping.
- Shipping to US and Canada only
Refunds and exchanges for online orders;
- Report items damaged in transit to the Post office for any compensations
- For a product refund, item must be returned before refund can be issued, less any shipping fees
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- I will gladly repair or replace the damaged merchandise (with similar item, as all are one of a kind) up to 5 days after the original shipment was received and then after item is returned to A bit Boho.
